Fibrosis
A Roadmap of Human Lung Stromal Immune Topography across Fibrosis
LFIT1
PROJECT TYPECoProject
START DATE2024
Stromal-immune crosstalk plays a vital role in modulating local immune responses in various organs. This project aims to define the stromal-immune communities in human lungs and explore how they are altered in fibrosis, a condition characterized by excessive tissue scarring. By understanding the spatial relationships between stromal and immune cells in lung fibrosis, this study may provide insights into targetable pathways applicable to diverse diseases such as cancer, autoimmunity, and infection
