Querying the data
We have built advanced query abilities for the data, complete with joins across data tables, so that you can pull the data you want. Note you can:
- send the query in a link ("copy link")
- download the results of your query ("tsv")
- plot your results ("plot")
Single-cell analysis
We have been hard at work on incorporating our analysis workflows into no-code user interfaces that enable researchers to analyze and further delve into the data. We started with one of our favorite data types: single-cell RNAseq! Take a look at version 1 of our single-cell explorer:
